DGFT and CBIC Notices, Explained the Way We Explain Them to Clients
Every document on this page is hosted here in full, not linked out to a government homepage that may 403 an automated reader or move without notice. Where a notice changes something a competing consultancy is still getting wrong, we say so and link the correction. This page exists because reading the actual notification, not a summary of a summary, is most of what separates a real answer from a guess in Indian trade compliance. We rebuild it every time a notice we track is amended, superseded or clarified.
How to use this page: each row below is one primary source document. The Category column tells you which of our guides it feeds into. The Rasp Take column is our own read, in plain exporter language, of what the notice actually changes for you. Click the document name to open our hosted copy, or click through to the full guide for the complete operational walkthrough.

| CBIC Circular No. 24/2025-Customs Auto-approval of incentive bank account and IFSC registration | 7 Oct 2025 | AD Code / Bank Account | Once an incentive bank account and IFSC pairing is approved at one customs location, it auto approves at every other location under the same IEC. No more manual port officer review for repeat locations. Still flows to PFMS for validation. Most competing guides on this subject have not caught up to this change. |
| CBIC Instruction No. 25/2023-Customs Standardising documentary and information requirements for AD Code registration | 28 Jul 2023 | AD Code / Bank Account | Fixed the exact fields your bank authorisation letter must carry and the same day before 2 PM, next working day otherwise, timeline. This is also the document that actually references DG Systems Advisory 10/2022, the real source of single point AD Code registration, a fact widely misattributed elsewhere online. |

Frequently and incorrectly cited elsewhere as the source of pan India single point registration. It is not. See our AD Code guide for the corrected chain. |
| ICEGATE AD Code Bank Account Registration Advisory | CBIC Systems | AD Code / Bank Account | The exact screen by screen sequence for adding a Foreign Remittance Account or a Refund/Incentive Account inside ICEGATE Bank Account Management. |
| ICEGATE Bank Account Management User Manual | CBIC Systems | AD Code / Bank Account | The full field list for both account types, including the Status at PFMS field most exporters never check, which is exactly where silent incentive credit failures hide. |
Why we host the original documents
Most sites covering DGFT and CBIC updates either link to a government page that may block automated readers or eventually move, or they summarise a notice without letting you check the summary against the source. We do neither. Every document above is our own hosted copy of the primary text, checked page by page before it went up, so the citation on our guides is never more than one click from the actual notification.
