A website is infrastructure, not decoration
Most business websites are built once, admired briefly, and then quietly stop working. The plugins age, the speed degrades, the contact form breaks without anyone noticing, and nobody can say how many enquiries it produced last quarter because nothing was ever measured.
We treat the web as operational infrastructure. It has a job: capture demand, convert it into qualified enquiries, and record where each one came from. Everything we build is judged against that job. If a design element does not serve it, we cut it.
